Chef Demonstrations Among the Activities Available at Heritage Shores!

The activities are never ending at Heritage Shores. This month, Passwaters Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Frank Dubinski demonstrated three popular dishes that have been highlighted on the Passwaters dinner menu. Participants watched as Chef prepared each dish & addressed questions about preparation of the selections demonstrated. Samples of Petite Atlantic Salmon with Ponzu Sauce, Crispy Wontons with Sweet Chili Sauce, and Banana’s Foster proved to be crowd favorites. We can’t wait to see what the Chef will pull out of his hat for the next Demo Day!

Happy Valentine's Day

In spite of the several feet of snow, Heritage Shores celebrated their Annual Valentine Dinner Dance Party. Dinner, dancing and great friends heated things up and chased away the cabin fever everyone has experienced after the blizzard conditions.

Flamingo Invasion

Heritage Shores is under several feet of snow, but that didn't stop one resident from putting out the pink flamingos. As with most people ready for Spring time at Heritage Shores, she jokingly put out the flamingos to welcome some warmer weather.

Workshop Aquarel

Straight from the Netherlands, Irma Troost Vogel was back at Heritage Shores and ready to instruct our residents in an Aquarel Workshop. Irma has been painting watercolor for over 20 years and has taught Aquarel in Europe for the last 6 years. This was Irma’s second instruction class at Heritage Shores. We our delighted that Irma took timefrom visiting her sister Ellen Tassone, whom is a resident of Heritage Shores to share her expertise with our neighborhood. We definitely can’t wait until Irma is back for another visit.
